THE police team at St Blazey has organised a huge activity-packed Fun Day at Eden on Saturday June 13.
This extravaganza of stalls, giveaways, competitions and emergency service displays and demonstrations, to name but a few attractions, will have something for all the family.
From 10am to 4pm, people will be able to explore the variety of stalls in this day organised to raise money for the RNLI's 150th anniversary.
St Blazey's Sgt John Capp said: "This should be a really great day for all the family and there is going to be loads going on.
"We are going to have an accident mock-up and the air ambulance are going to be there. We are going to have a display from the coastguard and RNAS Culdrose and a police dog display.
"I want to encourage everyone to come along and join in . This is going to become an annual event too.
"We are marking the RNLI's anniversary and it's a recognition of the brilliant work they do.
"There are a lot of local people involved with the lifeboat, so this is a thanks to them."
The Plymouth Bomb disposal unit, fire brigade and ambulance, St John's Ambulance, British Transport Police, along with the Women's Voluntary Service and Red Cross, will also be there.
People will have the chance to enter a raffle to win a weekend holiday at Par Sands Holiday park and a trip on the Scillonian to the Isles of Scilly.
Entrance to the Fun Day will not automatically give people access into the Eden Project, which will also be open on the day.
